I had my daith pierced on day 12 of a migraine and the next day, I was pain free for six hours. The next day, I was pain free for 10. On the third day, my migraine pain was gone. I did the piercing on the side with the migraine, and I'm glad I just did one. I'm cleaning it multiple times daily, but it is very swollen and sore. I don't know how I'd sleep if I had two healing at the same time.

I got mine done a year ago and they've greatly reduced. I think i get hormonal ones too, so it didn't completely eliminate them. But i did my left, they say to do the side u get them on, and left if no specific side. Mine took about 9 MONTHS to heal, just an FYI. She told me it can take up to a year. Hurt like you know what but it was quick . I went on my lunch hour one day because I was having such a bad day and was fed up. I highly recommended using H2Ocean spray for healing....GREAT STUFF. Good luck!

Left side is said to be most effective, but I had both done to give myself the best chances, and it has helped.
