I have a shunt as well and I had looked into the faith peircing. So ending result is I got the peircing and it's been working wonders the only thing I deal with is my chonic headaches but I'm going to be having a neurosurgeon look into it.

I would suggest getting both sides done! I have a Pseudo Tumor. I went to get my daiths done with a migraine and walked out with no migraine.

I have IIH/PTC, got my vpshunt 7 years ago, pierced both my daith almost 2 years ago and found it really helped, I also do the botox shots every 3 months. Have not had to go to ER for pain in over a year now.

I Have a shunt also, and have been wondering the same thing. I belong to a local support group for EDS patients and online for our local 800 member group but I'm only 1 of 3 people who have a shunt AND no one has a faith piercing so nobody has been able to answer my question. Good luck ladies and hope you get answer. Meanwhile I'm still looking too.

I have hypertension but I'm on meds for it.I get Aurora migraine and pain at bk of my head.what's that about piercing, is there a piercing that can help.Thanks
