What has ppl found to help their migraine's i want to try the Botox shot but not sure if my insurance will pay for it. my cousin got the Daith piercing but it didn't help her so i don't want to try it

Botox didn't help me, just made my eyesite blurry.

So far I have has good success with Aimovig, Botox and Ubrelvy added to my regimen last October
