When i have bad migraines my neck and shoulders hurt horribly. I get botox gor my migraines, so i get extra botox in neck and shoulders. Definitely helps.

Massage (twice a month) has been helping me with neck pain headaches. Injury and stress are usually two of the culprits. I think I would try everything available before I would have neck or back surgery.

Most of headaches come from my neck. I had MRIs and they extensive neck pathology. I have already had surgery on my lumbar spine. I may go back to the neurosurgeon.

Most of my migraines (95%) are caused by upper back and neck issues. Have you tried a chiropractor? I am not a surgical candidate (or so I have been told), but years of chiropractic didn’t help me either. You might get a 2nd opinion if you have concerns. Neck issues can arise from degeneration as we add years to our lives.

I've been seeing a chiropractor, medical masseuse and PT. None work.
