I will be having my 3rd infusion this week. The first was 100 ml and I had some success with that. The second was 300 ml. I feel like I am seeing results, but the migraines I do have, seem to be more severe. They say sometimes it takes 3-4 infusions to see full relief. Good luck!

I did the 100 and upgraded to the 300 after 2 sessions.. it takes the edge but it doesn't eliminate it..

I'm on vyepti and they started me off on 300. This will be my 4 infusion. I see some improvement not like I thought though.

That medication is on my radar. I’ve had insurance make me switch and jump through countless hoops to get back on to Emgality. What’s interesting about Vypeti is that it’s considered a procedure, so requires a different prior authorization. If on Medicare, it’d fall under Part B and not Part D. I guess i see this information as useful for people dealing with insurance issues. Good to have options.
