I experience the same, however, the worst side effect if you wanna put it that way, it's like a lightning storm. It’s going off in my head and it goes off for about 10 to 15 minutes, but it feels like lightning is striking everywhere all over my head and immediately makes me throw up

Along with feeling noises, I also get audio hallucinations. Migraines can produce some horrible things.

That makes sense. When I have my "headaches," I'll be cold and then roasting. My doctor gave me Imitrex but told me not to take it without trying Tylenol first, but I can't even take Imitrex without it making me sleep, and then I wake up exhausted, and it feels like my headache is worse.

I get the same way with my migraines. I also go through temperature changes. For a few minutes, I can feel the cold creeping in from the inside out. Then all of a sudden, it does the same with heat. It's like my body is having a hard time regulating it's temperature.

It's horrible to feel noises in your head. I hope you find relief

Would that also explain why I am able to feel my heartbeat in my head?
