Thank you I do ice a lot and am going to be trying Be Koool something my parent's found for me. So I will definitely check out the ice cap. I haven't tried one yet. Praying for pain free days for you my friend.
Get the ice caps they help a lot if you use them when you start to feel one coming on. 2:30 in the morning etc. I feel so sorry for all of you who have Vestibular migraines. I have had 2 and I don’t ever want another. I pray a lot!
