@A MyMigraineTeam Member no, I’ve had so very many meds over the years it’s hard to remember them all. Currently I take Qulipta, Botox, metoprolol , Lithium, Cymbalta, Compazine, Tylenol, Advil, Baclofen CO Q 10, Keppra and others for other purposes ( allergy & asthma meds, etc)

AngelaAdama2 They only tried 3 meds on you? That's really sad. There's more meds to try. Search for a headache neurologist.

What research or experience exists regarding binaural migraine meditations?

The search results don't specifically mention binaural beats or binaural meditations for migraines. However, there is research on related mindfulness and meditation practices that may be helpful.

Studies have shown that mindfulness practices can be effective for migraine prevention and stress management. These biobehavioral options work really well and are accessible through various apps and online resources.

Some MyMigraineTeam members have found success with meditation practices. While the specific research on binaural beats for migraines isn't covered in these results, general meditation and mindfulness techniques have been studied as complementary approaches to conventional migraine treatment.

If you're interested in trying binaural meditations, it's worth discussing with your doctor first. They can help you determine if it might be a safe addition to your current treatment plan. Many people find that stress-reduction techniques, including various forms of meditation, can help manage their migraine symptoms.
