I have vestibular migraines. Ubrelvy helps some, however, what I have read is to sit up stare off in space until it passes. PT not the answer. Excedrin for migraines works and has some caffine in it. One tablet works for me, but it takes time.

Hi Patricia. I have been using 10% magnesium spray on my nexk and after a few minutes it really helps, otherwise, it is a precurser for my vertigo and migraines if I don't stop the pain. You can find it online. Good luck. The PT always made me worse and I could not maintain to get to the other side of the vertigo but if you can persist, then I have heard it works, though may take a year or more to see releif.

I take Dramamine for vertigo, it is my only go to that helps my situation as I get this frequently with every migraine that takes place. I purchased this frequently on Amazon.
