Mine get a little better at the end of the day but are back the next day. Best case scenario 3 days, worst for weeks

When I first started Topamax I had a lot of nausea but once my body got used to the medicine the nausea went away. I just had to be patient, it took a few weeks.

I Take Gravol To Help The Nausea And Dizziness Of My Headaches But It Makes Me Tired All Day. Caffeine Doesn't Help Any Suggestions?
