I have had migraines since I was 5 years old. My Mom always thought they were sinus headaches. They are mostly on the right side. If I get one on the left, it will last a few days, then move to the right. We moved and current doctor just does not get it.
My migraines change from the left side to the right side. They migrate. And there is no rhyme or reason for it. At none that I've figured out.
I wear a hat, sunglasses, and try to have earbud handy too!

I take Topiramate but only take 100 twice a day (1 in AM, 1 in PM) That is the lowest dosage that can be taken to manage a health issue of my case.
