I spent a couple of years seeing a neurologist and she never diagnosed the VM. I got a new PC doc and he diagnosed it with my first visit .... dramamine and sumatriptan. It works most of the time.

I'm vegetarian & am careful to not eat food with additives. Bread is home made. Soup is often home made. Stock is vegan & gluten free. Cheese is good quality and I'm in the UK.

Yes, I get that also. No plans are made after taking my Imitrex, but the good note...pain is gone. It's like that dang migraine is going to steal your day one or another.
