I'm seeing a Headache Specialist who obviously is a neurologist next week. My regular neurologist has done a great job trying, but the meds aren't working and I'm experiencing several more symptoms quickly. I'm sure I'll need one. I've been poked and prodded, sliced and diced, and I've been ok. I'm terrified of the spinal tap. Can everyone give me the scoop on the pain, procedure, etc. Please be honest and straightforward. It's not a big deal, really. I've had 4. One of the doctors was older and was amazing. I could tell he had done many. It will be fine, I promise.

Am new to migraines. Am 42 years old and 3 months ago had first one. I thought I had heart attack. But things didnāt add up cause I didnāt had chest pain nor arm pain. Just slurred speech
Luckily I had morphine left over from kidney stone I had month before migraine attack. But morphine didnāt work. Had to take Advil and Tylenol too. Than I fall a sleep and when I woke up I was just tired but head was fine.

Not really.. I just have to deal with the pain. Always something new.. I found out that I have nerve damage on top of the neuropathy. I am going thru some testing.. Figure out what's next.

I get migraine for three days in a row. At least one to two times per month it is getting me down because I can do nothing in the time I have migraine. It affects my sight, concentration and I feel drained.

Mine are weed killers and fertilizers, Fabreeze anything, petroleum hot tar, cologne and even deodorant (especially strong scented men's deo., cigar š¤¢cigarette smoke, mowing of lawns. Scented candles and room deodorizers.i find I am becoming more sensitive as I get older š. Mold, bonfires, fireplaces, cleaning supplies, even dust. Anyone relate?

Hi wondering if anyone has tried CBD oil for their migraines if so how much do you take and how often ? It is preventive or just when the migraine hits ?
