I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. Weather migraines are really bad, anybody else have them? In sure lots of us do. Anyone know how to avoid or cope… read more
Indeed. The migraine is bad enuf but the post migraine fatigue can last days for me. Drag!
My migraines are definitely triggered by the barometric pressure going down. It doesn't seem to bother me when it rises. I live in the Calgary, Alberta, Canada region and we have the worst BP changes in the country. Used to love the Chinooks over the mountains as it brings warmer weather but now that I have migraines, I dread them.
I get one almost every time the B. Pressure changes. If I take a ubrelvy as soon as I get the first sign of a migraine I can avoid severe pain. Just have the "dull" pain/pressure
I was taken off topomax 3 weeks ago when i got botox and was given samples of qulipta. Now its been a week without any medicine and i had my 2 migraines. But that is usual. I am sick of medicine and the side effects. Acid reflux and stomach aches. Anyone just listen to their bodies instead of the doctor?

I understand!!
I've missed alot of work due to my migraines. It has led to financial issues and bad mental health.

However, I had no idea that by taking the prescribed medication as directed, I could actually be causing more migraines. But if I don’t take them, I’m in excruciating pain and am… read more

Sending you love and healing. The only thing I can suggest further is to take your BP several times a day for a few days and note any irregularities. Take it during an attack as well and at the first… read more
